The goods sold on this website are fully described. Please read the descriptions carefully for accurate information about the product, price and delivery charges.

Ward Wood Publishing may not be held liable for losses arising from the purchase or use of any products.

Online sales are handled by PayPal which securely handles your personal data.

To make a purchase:

• Click on the purchase button.
• Check the basket is correct.
• If you want multiples of an item you can request that at this point.
• If you are happy to continue, proceed to checkout.
• Fill in your details and continue.
• Confirm details and purchase.
• Please check your basket before proceeding to checkout and check that your data is correct before confirming the purchase as information can easily be changed at this stage.
• Your purchase is committed only when you confirm details/purchase.

All our books are in stock unless otherwise stated. Books are generally shipped the same or next day, and we aim to deliver within a maximum of 14 days in the UK.

Items do sometimes go astray so please contact us if an order has not arrived after this time.

If there is any problem with your order please contact us and we will try to resolve things as quickly as possible.

When buying goods and services on the Internet, the consumer is entering a legally binding contract. However, as a distance consumer you have the right to cancel your order for either goods or services for up to seven days after receipt.

If you cancel an order which has already been dispatched you are responsible for its return.
